1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and slvip link ("we", "us", "the platform"). They govern all use of the slvip link website, mobile application, and associated services.

slvip link reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are found to be ineligible, your account may be suspended and any outstanding balance handled in accordance with applicable policies.

3 Account Registration & KYC

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on slvip link. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different personal details, or through proxy registrations — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms.

slvip link operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal — and at other times at our discretion — you will be required to submit identity documents such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, and any other documentation we reasonably request. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed satisfactorily.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with anyone. slvip link will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.

4 Deposits & Payments

Deposits are typically credited to your account promptly after successful payment processing. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your bank or payment provider. slvip link is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Deposits made via payment methods not registered to you may be voided and returned.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on slvip link.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the point of deposit and may be subject to change.

slvip link reserves the right to conduct additional verification on deposits at any time, particularly where transaction patterns suggest unusual activity.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or payment method registered in your own name — the same name as your verified slvip link account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. If your account has not yet passed KYC, you will be prompted to complete verification before your request can proceed.

Withdrawal processing times depend on the method selected and may vary. We aim to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, but cannot guarantee instant processing. Bank transfers and e-wallet withdrawals are subject to the processing schedules of the respective institutions.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts in your verified name.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
• slvip link reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal where fraud prevention procedures require it.
• If a deposit was made via a specific payment method, the withdrawal may be required to be processed via the same method up to the deposited amount.

slvip link uses certified random number generation (RNG) for virtual and slot game outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers via live stream — outcomes are determined by physical game equipment and are not controlled by slvip link's systems.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where the platform expressly provides a cash-out or edit feature.

• Creating more than one account, or creating an account using another person's identity or details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in sports betting, poker, or any other game type.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs to generate unintended winnings — any winnings generated this way are considered void.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Making chargebacks on deposits made to slvip link through your payment provider while retaining use of the corresponding funds or winnings.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or support interactions.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

slvip link reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Requested by a player themselves (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).
• Inactivity — accounts showing no login or transaction activity for an extended period may be flagged as dormant under the platform's dormancy policy.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact support through the platform's support channel. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds that do not meet withdrawal requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method subject to standard processing procedures.
